What's Inside

Every cent has an account; every account has a counterpart.

Cash, receivables, commissions and invoices under one discipline: the moment a sale happens, your bookkeeping is already done.

Double-entry records

Every sale becomes a journal entry: debit = credit. If it doesn't balance, the system won't allow it.

Cash account system

Main cash, vendor cash and POS cash accounts; collections match the right account automatically by payment method.

Account cards

Customer, supplier and sub-agency accounts; net balances visible at any moment.

Commission offsetting

Reconciliation with suppliers, hotels and sub-agencies is automatic; month-end closing takes two minutes, not two days.

e-Invoice (e-Fatura) & e-Archive

Paraşüt, Nilvera, EDM and Uyumsoft integrations; automatic invoicing from sales, credit tracking, archiving.

Foreign currency & exchange differences

5 currencies, Central Bank (TCMB) rates automatic; exchange-rate differences tracked as a separate line item.

An Honest Framing

It doesn't replace your accounting; it feeds it.

Full accounting is a profession of its own, and it belongs to your accountant. TMS keeps your books: cash, receivables, collections, offsetting and e-invoices. At month-end, your accountant receives a reconciled statement — not a pile of loose slips.

  • Month-end export: a reconciled statement in a single file.
  • Invoice archive: every document issued is stored, linked to its booking.
  • Role-based access: the cash account is visible to authorized staff only.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does it replace my accounting software? +
No; TMS handles bookkeeping. Statutory ledgers and tax filings stay in your accountant's software; TMS supplies it with clean, reconciled data. Cash, receivables, collections, offsetting and e-invoices live in TMS; the rest stays with your accountant.
I'm required to issue e-invoices — am I covered? +
If you have an account with one of the four integrators (Paraşüt, Nilvera, EDM, Uyumsoft), it connects from the panel; if not, we help with the application. Once connected, invoices are issued automatically from sales and your credit balance is tracked from the panel.
Will my old records be migrated? +
Opening balances and your account lists are imported during setup. That way you work with net balances from day one; setup and migration support is on us.
How do I track exchange differences on foreign-currency sales? +
The Central Bank (TCMB) rate at the time of sale is recorded; the difference on the collection date is reported as a separate line item. Exchange gains or losses never blur into the ledger — they show on their own line.
